At 10,900 feet, Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro at Aspen Highlands Ski Resort is the epitome of on-mountain dining. You’ll feel as though you escaped to the Swiss Alps during lunch service as you dine on fondue, raclette and streudel. Once après ski starts, you’ll be popping champagne and dancing on tables.
Dining at Cloud Nine is by reservation only, 30 days in advance for lunch. Ski-in ski-out only. There are lunch seatings at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. For dinner reservations, reach the restaurant by snowcat.
