Aspen has so much to offer during the summer season! Not only does the town have the Food & Wine Classic, Jazz Aspen Snowmass (JAS), and plenty of outdoor activities for all ages – Aspen’s Central Core also has many fabulous restaurants to choose from. Start your day by hiking up Smuggler Mountain or paddle boarding in Stillwater on the Roaring Fork River, then you find yourself craving some lunch in town on a beautiful day. Head to one of the Summer time lunch spots in town, such as Jerome Patio or White House Tavern.
