This sophisticated, contemporary home can easily host a large family or two small families that want the convenience of being within a two-block walk to the slopes, shops, and restaurants of Aspen. Nestled into the mountain, there are 3 levels. The entry level features 3 bedrooms, a laundry room, and partial a/c. Outdoor access is available from both bedrooms to the lower patio and common yard, where guests may enjoy the patio in a private wilderness setting.



The second level consists of the formal living room with open floor plan, comfy couches for relaxing, a gas fireplace and large television for afternoon après ski time, and opens up to the upper patio deck where you can enjoy the fabulous Aspen Mountain views while grilling on the deck or relaxing on the new patio furniture. The dining area seats 8 guests and has a wine cooler and kitchen counter seating for three. The kitchen features as an induction stove top and top of the line built in appliances that give it a clean, streamlined look and feel. There is a separate media room behind the kitchen with a powder room on this level for family to enjoy their own space with a large flat screen television as well. Off the living room, there is also a fabulous deck with fabulous Aspen mountain views.



The uppermost level features a private primary suite that has a great open feel with great light and windows with mountain vistas.



There is one designated parking spot and a ski rack for ski storage upon entry to the home.



Primary Bedroom: King bed, sitting area with TV and sofa sleeper, private bath with double vanity, steam shower, soaking tub and walk in closet. High ceilings and large windows let in natural light and mountain views.



Guest Suite: King bed, TV, private bath, single vanity, entrance to outside patio.



Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, two bunks and private bath with single vanity, access to outside patio.



Guest Bedroom: Twin Bed, with TV.

Awesome Stay at the Black Swan Townhome

Amazing location just a couple blocks from downtown Aspen AND the gandala for the main mountain. The house itself is spacious, comfy yet modern and very well designed. The owner and manager do a great job with the cleaning and amenities. Overall a fantastic luxury option in Aspen.
