J-Bar is in the Hotel Jerome, one of Aspen’s oldest buildings. The casual bar serves lunch and dinner before turning into a lively nighttime scene. J-Bar is famous for its burger, but we have to give honorable mention to the large salads. If you’re in the mood for a beer or specialty cocktail, we recommend sitting at the bar and chatting with the charismatic bartenders. They’ll be sure to share some great Aspen stories with you!
