If you’re in the mood for amazing, fresh seafood, Clark’s Oyster Bar is your spot. Originally out of Austin, TX, Clark’s opened its downtown Aspen location in the summer of 2018. The restaurant is located in the old Little Annie’s on East Hyman Avenue.

Besides oysters, of course, we recommend the snapper ceviche, clams, freshly baked sourdough, and smashed potatoes. For those who prefer turf to surf, there is a phenomenal burger.

This beloved Northern Italian restaurant in downtown Aspen is a must on your wish list during your Aspen visit.  Guests who also spend time in Miami are already familiar with this incredible establishment as there is a location there as well. Open for lunch and dinner, in addition to a bar menu and happy hour. There is seating available for large groups.

In addition to great food, there are also membership opportunities. “The Club” at Casa Tua hosts events (like wine tastings and private art exhibitions).

This classic Italian restaurant is loved by Aspen locals and visitors alike. The classic menu is created by Executive Chef Giuseppe Garofolo, who moved from Italy to Aspen in 1999. We recommend the imported cured meats and pastas. Campo di Fiori is also a great late-night hangout.

One of our favorite restaurants in Aspen. This downtown gem is the ultimate French-American bistro. Wine connoisseurs rejoice over the 5000 bottles of wine in stock presided over by well-known Sommelier Alex Harvier.

For dinner, we recommend the Colorado Rack of Lamb or the Rotisserie Chicken with Pomme Frites. If you’re in the mood for something lighter, enjoy appetizers from the lounge menu. In the summer, we recommend sitting in the relaxing patio area.

Winter X Games at Buttermilk Resort

Ski Buttermilk – Home of the Winter X-Games

Home to the Winter X-Games, perfect beginner skiing, and spectacular views, Buttermilk is a ski resort with many sides.During the end of January each year when the X-games comes to town, Buttermilk becomes a massive world-wide event. The 2018 X-Games are scheduled for January 25th to January 28th. It’s definitely an eventful time to visit with impressive events and concerts throughout the 4 days. Aspen and the towns down-valley do fill up quite a bit, so plan accordingly.

Buttermilk also has mellow glade skiing and perfect uphill skiing options. Because of its family-friendly atmosphere, Buttermilk is a favorite with all generations of skiers. The ski area is right off Highway 82, close to the airport and right of the bus line. There is also some free parking available for skiers at the base and the Tiehack lot. Skiers can also enjoy some ski-in/ski-out lodging options at Buttermilk for the ultimate in skiing comfort and convenience. Head to Buttermilk for a sweet Aspen skiing experience!

The Belly Up Aspen is a small intimate venue that gets big-name artists to downtown Aspen. 

Booking over 300 live concerts a year, Belly Up Aspen has featured talents such as Widespread Panic, B.B. King, The Killers, Dave Chappelle, John Legend, Snoop Dog, Jack White, Counting Crows, Ben Harper, Adam Sandler, Wiz Khalifa and many more. 

One of the local favorites is the Spazmatics. Internationally renowned as “The Ultimate 80s New Wave Tribute,” the Spazmatics have all the awesome sounds, styles, and way cool dance steps from the decade we’ll never forget. If this band is in town when you are, be sure to get a ticket!
